A free utility tool for your ASTRO peripherals

ASTRO Command Center is a free utility tool that was developed by ASTRO Gaming, a sub-brand of Logitech. This all-in-one solution helps users configure the various settings and audio effects on their ASTRO audio gaming products easily. Do note, however, that this software does not support all of the company's audio peripherals. It will only detect and work with 3 specific models. These models are the MixAmp Pro TR, A50 Wireless + Base Station, and the A20 Wireless.

What is ASTRO Command Center used for?

ASTRO Gaming has been providing professional-grade gear in the video game industry for well over a decade now. The peripherals that they offer range from audio mixers, gaming headsets, and game controllers. The company made the Command Center software specifically to work with its line of gaming headsets and audio mixers. It supports 3 specific models only, though: The A20Wireless and A50 Wireless + Base Station gaming headsets, as well as the MixAmp Pro TR audio mixer.

The installation of this utility is easy and straightforward. Just download the file and launch the installer to start the process. It features a step-by-step wizard to help you throughout the entire setup process. When you're done with that, set your device to "PC Mode" connect it to your computer via USB. Launch the ASTRO Command Center and wait for it to detect your peripheral. Once detected, you can now configure your device settings.

You'll see a clean and simple interface along with 3 main tabs once you went inside. The first one is called the Equalizer tab wherein you can set custom sound profiles depending on your preference. The second tab is where the Microphone settings are located. Here, you will be able to adjust the volume of your microphone during gameplay. Lastly, there is the Stream Port tab where you can configure settings related to devices that you'll use during streaming.

An audio experience suited for gamers

In conclusion, if you own an ASTRO gaming peripheral, the ASTRO Command Center is a great utility to make the most out of it. Its features allow you to customize and tailor your gear to match your preference and needs. It's simple, reliable, and just works. You only need to make sure that your device is one of the models it supports and you're set.

Our team performs checks each time a new file is uploaded and periodically reviews files to confirm or update their status. This comprehensive process allows us to set a status for any downloadable file as follows:

Clean

It’s extremely likely that this software program is clean.

What does this mean?

We have scanned the file and URLs associated with this software program in more than 50 of the world's leading antivirus services; no possible threat has been detected.

Warning

This software program is potentially malicious or may contain unwanted bundled software.

Why is the software program still available?

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?

It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.
